November is my favorite month, a time to reflect and give thanks for great family, friends and the blessings that we encounter each day. So often we get caught up on focusing on the things we feel are missing from our lives that we tend to neglect and appreciate the people and opportunities that are right by our side. I made the choice not to be a part of the negativity that awaits us daily through the media or people who just seem to enjoy criticizing, complaining or condemning others so they do not have to take responsibility for their lives. So much easier to blame others. I am convinced that when you awaken with an attitude of gratitude you are truly much happier, relaxed and empowered to take on responsibilities and focus on moving toward the life of your dreams.
